  4. PPG requires all of its employees to comply with standards of confidentiality. Access to and use of personal information is limited to PPG employees who require it to fulfill PPG's obligations to its clients.
  5. From time to time, we may use trusted third parties to act on our behalf, which include couriers, mail delivery, payments processors, and related contractual providers. When data must be moved outside PPG’s direct control, we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that these parties comply with this policy.
